1. Commercial scope
This website is operated by Aashish Formulations Private Limited. Materials and product information are published for licensed pharmaceutical companies, procurement managers, formulation scientists and regulatory affairs personnel.
2. No consumer medicine sales
Aashish Formulations manufactures semi-finished, ready-to-fill multiparticulate pellets. There is no consumer prescription sale, retail dispensing or patient consultation. Nothing here is medical advice.
3. Regulatory and patent limits
Products marked under development are for research, development and registration evaluation. Nothing here is an offer to sell where a valid patent or marketing exclusivity is in force.
4. Supply agreements
Specifications, batch sizes, analytical release criteria and pricing are governed only by bilateral quality agreements and commercial supply contracts signed by authorised officers.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms and commercial transactions from the facility are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
