Neutral Placebo Calibrated Pellets Chemically inert multiparticulate beads formulated to match the density, sphericity, and flowability of functional active drug pellets. Enables formulation chemists to adjust fill volumes in capsule shells (Size 00, 0, 1, 2) without altering drug potency.
Technology notes Manufactured in dedicated 200 kg, 300 kg or 500 kg fluid bed coaters with Wurster bottom-spray inserts and recirculating cleanroom air handling.
